To uplift the poor and less privileged, sisters arrange skill training programs, and education. They also organize Gram Sangattan, different IGP (income generative programme) skill development programmes for girls, Sisters are engaged in empowering women AG(adolescent girls), CP(children parliament), awareness rallies, motivating the girls to join the military, different celebrations in villages, government schemes, organic vegetable garden, networking with various officials etc. At Meerganj we have two animators to organize the SHG. Sr. Alphy Jose, was the pioneer to start the vocational training Centre at Meerganj. She arranged everything systematically with needed equipments. She started with a garment stitching centre where they also stitch vestments, altar veils, and holy articles. Thanks a lot for your remarkable and selfless service. At present Sr. Angel Maria is incharge of the same and continuing the work with wholeheartedly. In order to help poor students, they appointed two teachers from outside to give free tuition.
